Kabanos is one of the most favorite Polish kielbasa snack products. Made in the form of skinny links they are popularly enjoyed as a snack (at home or on the go) and often added to meat platters for entertaining. These skinny semi-dry links made of a combination of pork and veal are flavored with salt, caraway, black pepper and garlic and smoked to perfection. They are delicious dipped into a bit of mustard or grated horseradish. Enjoy them as an everyday snack or serve them on a meat platter when entertaining. Pork, water, veal. Contains 2% or less of the following: salt, sodium nitrite, glycerin, red #3, spices, sugar, garlic, sodium diacetate, sodium citrate, sodium lactate, sodium erythorbate, beef blood, caramel color.Â
How to defrost

If you ordered a deli product from Polana.com, it will arrive to you frozen. Upon receiving your package, if you do not wish to enjoy these foods right away, please place the products back in the freezer immediately. Once you are ready to enjoy your deli meats from Polana, simply remove them from the freezer and place them in your refrigerator to thaw. Allow the meats about 12 hours to come back to their original texture, taste and condition.
