Pretty Good

I've eaten blintzes for the better part of 77 years. I've never had blintzes that were tart/sour like these. Not real tart, but definitely a tart taste. Need to up the sugar content or deplete something to combat this. Otherwise, pretty good, nice consistency and the dough was light.

Overall Very Good! A little less sweet than what I'm used to

Very delicate crepes, enjoyable filling. As I said in the title, I'm used to a bit more sweet filling.

Best Brunch Blintzes

I like to entertain at brunch. Polana blintzes make the perfect entree combined with sausage or ham. Guests always give generous compliments about how tasty they are. Like the cheese, blueberry and the apple.
